I like what I hear of NVID's potential, but with all the gov't bureaucrasy, who knows how long it will take the feds?

Since I am new to this game, would you suggest a person wait until it is a sure thing, or is that exactly when it is too late? In other words, is now the time to jump in? From all the info I have read, there seems to be little reason for the stock to go down, unless FDA finds problems.
