As long as there is free time available - any comments would be welcomed on the following: Stock - DREV - Dragon Environmental Corp. It is a company that has two speciality and patented processes/equipment that a) takes solids out of water in treatment plants while the plant is running and b) cleans ponds in a similiar manner. From the information I was able to retrieve - outstanding shares around 8 million, float 1.5 million. Current price at 44 cents, 52L at 3/8 on 11/19, 52H at 2 on 6/16. Trading 11/21/97 - 4000 shares price increased from 0.42 to 0.44 - a bit boring nevertheless it's close to bottom. No investor relations agent but company number is 800-726-0033. This company had a buyout offer around $3-$4/share in summer but did not go through. I'll be calling with some questions. Another is PHXU - Phoenix International Industries - a holding company. Currently owns two companies - one specializing in resolving complex technical issues for large corporation, clients include Hewlett Packard, the other companies works on ISO 9001 certification and Year 2000 compliance. The latter recently completed testing on their Year 2000 compliance remedies and is ready to proceed - lots of potential when you combine customers of the first with the technology ability of the second. The company has also made offers on two other companies related to long distance calling but haven't yet finalized. Shares 8.3 million, float 1.5 million. Current price 1.0937, 52L 5/8 on 6/10, 52H 3-1/2 on 12/12. Trading 11/21/97 - gapped up on open from 1.125 to 1.1562 but closed at 1.0937. Company phone number is 800-387-9946. Now the question mark on this one - Alexander Troy is investor relations at 888-207-9476. Verification of float would be appreciated. Enjoy the weekend.
