GZ I hope you saw that bond broke and tested 118,16 my level was 118,14, the reason I think bond will be soft is due to market lack of right diagonosis of deflationary expectations, I see that current account defecit (refer BCA) of US as a result of ASEAN crisis will widen and Japan stimulas package will bring in lot of stumili plus at this stage of cycle I don't see corporate profits slowing down. The flattened curve cannot be sustained until monetary policy is eased in these circumstances my call was right however due to inability to break 118,16 it closed 7/30 seconds higher but the struggle still goes on- there was more of flight to quality in its bounce during last two three hours fears of some renewed Japanese brokerage houses in problems, I could see Nekkei futures heavily down by 300 points.
