What happen to the guy that recommended NRID to you? Is he the "source" who recently sold 100,000 shares? I suspect that you may be duly pursuaded by Goons who see black in everything connected with NRID. These Goons are highly biased. Even then, one of the Goons have favorable comments regarding NRID's recent new product SAF/IIS.

I recommend that you do your own due diligence weighing the positives and negatives. Frankly, I have not heard from any reliable source "offering in December";"plans to do a reverse split"; or "CEO will resign in the next few weeks". For sure, NRID is risky and have problems which need to be address...with risk come possible huge profits. Again, do your own research and make your own decision based on the best info you can find.
