The problem is that the tradition unemployment rate, under this president, doesn't provide a factual representation of the situation. People have left the labor force in huge numbers, not even looking for a job anymore (because they get such cushy government benefits by being unemployed). Of course, you and your buddy Ezra would never admit it. But that's precisely what has happened.
