ftj, you are being reasonable. insider info is anything that is not publically known and is material to a company's business. getting a $10 million cash infusion is material, wouldn't you guess? it wasn't public until the press release. ftj, here is why i'm concerned when this type of info is released by management. sexi management was really fast and loose releasing what would have been insider information IF TRUE. it wasn't. once burned, twice shy. professionals don't gossip on the telephone with investors or anybody else. jmho...
