It is no secret that the company has been working on a private placement. The private is being underwritten by Hanifen Imhoff. It is going to a handful of institutional investors.

However I can not confirm if it has been completed yet, but I did hear it was expected to be completed by today. I will tell you from experience that an offering usually take longer than expected. Therefore, I would expect it to be completed by Tue. Wed of next week.

I also believe the PPM is why the stock volume has slowed down. Once this has closed I believe the stock will continue with its normal trading. Please contact with questions.

NOTE: TokyoMex indicated PP (0.7MM-1.0MM Restricted Shares) was completed Fri 11/21, but TPRO has not yet issued official confirmation or announcement.
