Sure I think zero pollution has merit. All mining companies strive for zero pollution. If it can be accomplished so cheaply by just adding a few more columns, why aren't all of the Nevada operations utilizing it. They already have all of the nasties in solution, just add a few more columns and collect and sell them. Seems like it would be gravy and solve a lot of permitting problems.

Maxam is doing all of this so they don't need a water quality permit. Why not just get the permit? It is not that hard. Out in that dry old desert they should be able to prove that all of the nasties will stay in the tailings pond? If they haven't done all of their ore reserves, how do they know where to locate their plant. Since they have their plant already located on 5 acres and are going to mine the five acres, it would seem that the plant is located over part of the ore body. The plant should be located where it won't have to be moved later on.

Call Dale and ask him. They are so busy, I don't want to bother them.

Follow the money
