If I read this right, because there is no mention of parental rights within the body of the Constitution of the United States, liberals in the national and International arena have used that fact to create laws that pronounce that children are as equal as any person and these advocates will step in to defend a child's grievance even against his or her own parents. The authors show real cases where the state is granted International rights to overrule parental rights. The most egregious case being a 1984 suit brought by social services in Seattle Washington on behalf of a 13 yr old boy. I got it in an email and I have not verified any of it.
