Well that sort of depends. Most of the industry is involved in litigation with Apple. Perhaps Q has pass-through rights to Apple's FRAND patents, but that wont protect companies from Apple's OS and touch patents.

OTOH, it does provide some protection for Apple and that could be a very big deal for at least the next few years.
