I think there is a huge waste of money that results from pot smokers being thrown in jail. Prohibition showed us that we can not legislate mores or preferences. We waste billions with expensive jails. Much better to legalize it and tax like we do alcohol. I love my beer and could care less if some one popped a top or toked a bong. Think of the money that flows to Mexico. What would that do if we stopped the black marlet fenced the borders and taxed the heck out of pot from anywhere. The war against drug has more than likely been more expensive than afghanistan or Iraq. It has been a complete failure so change it. Our government has gone far too many places they just don't have the right to go to. Quit wasting money and forcing cookie cutter life styles. JMHO Bob
