What I want or don't want is immaterial. The discussion is about Ginsburg suggesting something besides the US Constitution as a model for a new government. The fact is, every time the US has had an influence on the formation of a new government (at least since WWII, I don't know about prior to that), we have recommended the new government be parliamentary. I was only trying to explain why.
