RN--Well, they have to inflate out of it. I have changed my opinion
on the deflation scenerio, because it has become glaringly obvious the governments of the world will not let the current banking system go down the drain.
In other words, they will not allow private business to fail, so they will continue to bail out non prudent decisions made by just about anyone that is to big to allow to fail.
When I was in school, this was called communism. In 1997 we can call it massive future inflation. Just keep those presses rolling!
The concerted action by the central banks of the world have taken the public confidence away from the one thing the public should have confidence in. As I said before, as long as the dollar is strong, gold sleeps.
This brings to mind an
old Latin quote--"CUI BONO"-- Whom does it benefit?
This money creation is a ponzi scheme on a scale bigger than anything in world history.
