Hi prolife. I'm not an attorney and not sure of your definition of capital murder. From my understanding many do face a manslaughter or vehicular negligence that is quite a serious offense. Once again they should not mix drinkingsr smokiing and driving. What's done at a man's own house is pretty much hie business and my nose has no place maiking mandates - with in reason. IE it should not be a meth lab.
