You clearly know more than I do. But I believe (almost as in intuition) it to be a good buy at about these prices.

There are multiple involved properties although Gunpoint seems to have control of most of these.

However CKG owns some 81% of Gunpoint

I believe that Metates is a monster (at these gold prices) and will sell for quite a lot of moolah
