PK - I see from your SI profile that you are a first-time poster. Welcome. It would be extremely beneficial to know how you are privy to the info that you posted, as I'd like to believe that KESE does in fact have other contracts signed. I do not quite understand "capitalization is in place" - for what? KESE is not building generation, they are distributing power. Perhaps they need financing for marketing, advertising, etc., but could you please clarify.

To the others still referencing pump and dump by the future superstock - maybe you guys have shorted this baby (can you even do this on a BB stock?)or maybe you strive for other reasons to have KESE fail, but this opportunity is no scam company. California deregulation is real, just in case you have missed the past year of legislation. Consumers want cheaper power, and they will get the opportunity come January 1, 1998. FSS has no pump and dump power on the State's decision makers. KESE has entered into a very real market.
