Paul, What do you think? USXX held up all week and closed at .53. And we still have the upcoming news about the next prison. While the rest of the market has been on a rollercoaster ride USXX has been as sound as a "Solid Rock". There must have been some of that wonderful government red tape that slowed things up on the next prison. That signing will be a great Christmas present .
