Now you're talking theology. Most people do see such signs and even consider our own existence to be one of them.

What is the mathematics of your probability estimate?

Without more scientific research, I doubt anyone can make an accurate estimate. My own perspective is that chemistry and entropy will ensure life is created with the proper conditions 100% of the time.

Then there will be life on Mars and Venus and Saturn and Mercury and the Moon ... after all chemistry and entropy apply there and those rocks are as old as earth.
