Glenn;

I am not to concerned about the 20 Million at all. Look at the total shares when the 50 Million is hopefully retired plus the 33.5 Million.
Even if the total shares is approx; 26 Million I feel the impact will be great on the price of the stock. On some of the 33.5 Million there was 20% common issued as part of the proposal that's probably why the extra 4 Million but remember I haven't chased anyone to inform me of there certificate count and 21 Million are requesting them that I know of. I believe some of the 50 Million is still out there even though they should not be, also a large part of the 33.5 Million is still not processed yet. I remember one interesting conversation I had with Brad awhile back. He stressed to me he would rather see a strong steady upward movement in there stock price rather than a huge spike up and a resulting downfall that we have experienced before, again I am looking for future contracts from this Company and profits for next year. I still believe more than ever there is a large short position in this stock (undeclared) as the Company proves itself and the shares are removed and retired (50 + 33.5 Million), we all will benefit greatly I believe as our shares in Eutro increases in value. Let me also stress a very important view. To have a short position in a stock (Short Squeeze) is great for some the price increases dramatically over a short period of time and then drops some investors make money and some do not. The one thing the shorts do not want to happen is the Company to prosper and show profits that's when they get in big trouble and that's when the price continues to rise in a strong steady fashion were most shareholders benefit. Attacking the fundamentals of a Company is the only weapon they have take that away and show them the Company is truly successful and they will start to cover there total positions not just part that they are forced to do then come back and short the stock down again.

My honest Opinion
