Just as curiosity I visited iHub, this is his (DD) latest “crystals” on Stupidity, where I do not see any limitation (on his part): https://www.siliconinvestor.com/nfvda/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=72032228 <<AMRN—Insofar as NDA’s with a new MoA generally go to an advisory panel as a matter of FDA policy, the lack of a panel for AMR101 is somewhat bearish for obtaining NCE status, IMO. Oh yes, FDA needs input from cardiologist on what should be NCE! GOOD BLESS AMERICA, and those who leave in it! PS: Another one is on Orange Book and antibiotic’s patents! No limitation at all! Not at all!
