Jeff, I am no lawyer, but the GPGI "homepage" has been up for some time now. If GPGI management has knowledge of it and did not shut it down, they are agreeing to the content. This is very simple logic that I believe the SEC would agree with. By the way, did everyone see the WSJ article last week about stock hyping on the web? SI was one of three singled out. I heard the head of NASDAQ say that they were monitoring web message boards. Hi cyberpolice.
