think you are right about a buying opportunity at this time. the trading on friday seemed to justify this with a stronger close. there is no doubt this ruling question has hampered gerle and of course their failure to find something on property loaded with G9 and G10 indicators. probably wasn't a company in the nwt with more potential and with the backing that gerle had, has been a bitter disappointment so far. wait until next year? hedger
