People, let's be rational. Without a JV deal, how on earth do you think that they could sell 10mm shares at 1.5? Would you buy the stock at 1.5? There is no way they can get $9 or $15 mm this way. Had they done it by offering 10mm more shares this week, the stock price would have sunk to pennies, much less than 0.3.(IMHO) D.
