Larry, I think they have a "deal" with the money man to bring the stock down so much that at the conversion even if they did pay 125% above the then selling price, it might be a deal, particulalrly if they find anothe CL to hit the drums on this one. Anyone yet approached by the company to be a "drum boy"? At least, that is the best a Moron such as I can come up with. Zeev
