Annual meeting is Dec. 7 and proxy statement says "Upon completion of the offering of New Zmax Common Stock described in this proxy Statement/Prospectus, New Zmax will be subject to the informational requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and in accordance therewith will file reports, proxy statements and other information with the SEC". Shorts may be covering and people buying because they know Nasdaq listing is coming soon. Judy H.
