TokyoMex asked for some input and I will attempt to
tackle one of the questions.

"How many web engineers will they need to come up with
100 web ads and to maintain"

I think we may be mixing up two services. From what I
have read NETZ is focusing on building and selling the
technology that allows the ads to be available (WYW and
Sesame-Ad). This is their mission statement verbatim
from their home page...
"echoMEDIA is a software development company which focuses
all of its creativity and resources on the invention and
perfection of advanced technologies designed to provide
effective and targeted interactive advertising solutions."

As you can see from this mission statement they are focusing
on being a solution provider. If someone is planning
to contact the company next week they should verify, but
from everything I have read it sounds like they are just in
business to provide the technology to place these ads in
strategic places. Not to necessarily be an ad agency for
the client.

They are targeting LARGE customers who all either have
Advertising Agencies on retainer or in-house multimedia
departments. So it sounds like the client should provide
the actual "Ad", and what they buy from NETZ is the
software that enables the ad to be shown.

So the question should really be how many people do they
need to maintain and install the solutions. Don't know
the answer, but this will be an easily trainable role once
the software is perfected.

will only post if I have something significant to contribute.
