David, here's some interesting stuff for FM's 10K (my comments are in parenthesis):

1. 400-500 new restaurants are planned over the next 5 years, with 15% in non-traditional locations like gas stations, convenience stores and car washes. (I'll bet these numbers are low by 20-30%. Last year they said 400-450. Otherwise the wording is the same.)
2. Here's a direct quote: "Company has historically acquired and will continue to consider the acquisition of existing restaurants for conversion to Jack In The Box restaurants." (Are they looking at another burger chair for potential acquisition? I hope so but this statement was in last year's 10K also.)
3. FM added 84 NET new company stores, including 6 company stores that were closed. Curiously, 21 franchise stores were closed, while only 5 were added.
4. 75% of FM's sales are in California and Texas. (Given California's recent economic resurgance, that bodes well for FM's future. When are they going to step into new markets?)
