Who has thoughts re: ideal position size within a portfolio?

This is something I struggle with, and have sought out Klarman/Baupost Fund on the subject. From what I can find, Klarman prefers positions of 3-6% within his portfolio for his best ideas. He's only had a 10% position 10 times in the last twenty years.

How to best take advantage of good value? Diversification can only go so far, and from my study of "the greats" (Buffett, Lynch, Burry), it seems they've often had a large position that took them far.

Looking for some insights.
