Our system of laws was designed for the civilized descendents of Europeans who generally adhere to same guiding values, standards, and principles. It was not intended to cope with the angry descendants of African slaves who prowl the streets in gangs, videotaping themselves raping, assaulting, killing, and destroying. When found, their trials and convictions should be conducted en route to an urban mass-execution center. For the love of Heaven, how much more evidence is needed in a case like the one in Philadelphia [1], or the countless others like it last year? The criminal justice can clearly see who they are. They have no redeeming qualities. They should be executed.
