hello wildcat,
Bolero is a great piece of music, but not one that allows alot of improvisation, if you get my drift. I remember that a music friend telling me that thee were cases of the snare drummer colapsing and even dying after completing the piece. Simple rhythm but demanding absolute precision. Ravel was not that fun a guy. Need to have timing down 'cause the piece that follows Bolero is the massacre of the little children (infants?) on my CD.
I like your newest name. One of my hobbies is classic (not antique) cars and I have a '69 Buick Wildcat -- ultimate cruising car. If there are any gearheads out there: 19 3/4 foot long two-door, cortez silver, 430 cubic inches, 4 barrel, posi, 385 ponies. 70,000 original and 100% stock except for tires and quadrajet carb (quadrabog) replaced with Holley. As in other things, there's no replacement for displacement. :)
How did the market treat you lately? Me you ask, like a baby treats a diaper. TXN calls were a total wash. I also sold my remaining KEA 32.5's for 3/8th's today. Bought at 3 3/4, sold half a 7 and half at 3/8's. Brilliant, huh? At least my broker made money. I think this week had arb influenced buying and I'm thinking we'll have a pullback next week, BWDIK. I'm going to short IMNX big if it breaks below 60.
I'm sitting at work on another dreary NE weekend. Fifth or sixth in a row. I'm writing my yearly review - YAWN.
Take care and will you ever tell us the significance of CaT? |
