GOOD NEWS/BAD NEWS I DON'T KNOW - but here goes. Just this past week a merger created the largest Pharmaceutical provider to nursing homes/hospitals - PharmAmerica or Pharmerica, I forget which. This company dwarfs CPRX and is based in Tampa. So what??? - One of two things will happen. Pharmerica will crush CPRX on its home turf. With deep pockets, they can undercut CPRX in several ways. That being said, I don't believe CPRX can survive 5 years from now without a big merger deal or being bought out. More uncertainty, increased risk, lower stock price. Of course "potential" reward increases also. Cash situation still makes me very, very nervous.
