Patrick, The last number I had on "actual number of shares outstanding was 334.6 while the "weighted shares outstanding" was 364. Now I can not fix the date that these numbers were correct any closer than September. If the 330.8 is actual shares outstanding then we are down 3.8 M shares. I still have not been able to accurately compute the weighted shares outsatnding but the trend has been decidedly down. Jim Kelley
