Okay so Amdahl makes it's own computer? Also is everything parallel processing in those three companies, scalable, kind of like the Pentium Pro not using SRAM cache? I guess what I'm trying to figure out is if you want really fast computing, you gotta stick with the something like Cray, IBM, INTC, CUBE, Amdahl, Hitachi (I have no idea what they do in computers, I thought they only make fans), etc? Sorry major cryptic message, as you can tell I'm very much a newbie to this. But I'm willing to learn so I can talk about it with some degree of knowledge. See I saw the map of the Supercomputing Center and really wish I understood how all that works. I thought it was so incredible.
