Don, what insider shares are you referring to? The core insiders consisting of SOFTBANK, Sequoia, Yang & Filo are probably solid long term holders of the stock and are probably finished selling for the near term future. From the insidertrading summaries, it looks like most of the officers and directors have already sold their holdings. What is left?
Regarding the recent deals with VISA, Netcontrols, Phoenix & Four11, those shares have already been transferred and you won't have any further information on them to the best of my knowledge.
