I was just looking at the latest insider trading figures for Mytec between the period of November 1, and November 21, 1997. I think the numbers show why there is such an erosion of share price. Our dear friend Mr. George Tomko has sold 99,500 shares so far this month at prices between just over $3.00, down to $2.70. He now holds a mere 472,355 shares.

If anybody at Mytec can justify to me ON THIS FORUM why this is O.K. (ie. personal reasons, etc.), I defy you to do so! Otherwise, I feel it safe to say that you are using an uninformed mass of shareholders to put money in your own pockets. I realize that Mr. Tomko may be "harvesting" his position in the company, but why at prices so low, when shareholders are so discouraged, and why is nobody else in the company buying in?!

A discouraged shareholder who sees no point in selling at these prices because his investment is basically lost anyway,
