The problem with these comparisons are comparing apples to oranges. Some countries in Europe ration care severely. Some countries have healthier populations. In man European countries people walk or use bicycles a lot more than we do. Many do not have nearly as many large populations of people who exercise self destructive.

My theory is that in America we really don't ration, and we deliver care in an inefficient way and Obama care will be the most inefficient ever. I will repeat you can not create a bureauracy with over a hundred different agencies and huge undefined powers and expect much good to come of it. This, to me is a core truth and anyone who thinks otherwise is just, in my view, mistaken.
