An Obama CCC would be unionized and demand construction union wages and benefits. Within a month 20-% would be on disability and laughing. Steve and Rat would urging a Class Action suit to protest against a hostil work envirent as soon as someone was "urged" to actually work.

The union dues would go to the Obama campaign fund.

Also, all projects would take a year to permit. The only net benefit would be a payoff to the lawyers.
