What we need is the Pragmatist Party! One side wants to do nothing and let the people fill up in the streets and riot I guess and the other side wants to just pass out money.

You say no I say yes. I say I don't want to pay these guys to sit on their hands and do nothing. I don't want to buy their food for them and I don't want to subsidize their homes - BUT I also don't want the streets full of desperate men because they have nothing to do and can't feed their families. Desperate people do desperate things. Sooooo put them to work and get a return for the tax payer.
