"Misrepresentation in company press releases and background research" if really made by the company or any of its officers are a violation of federal securities law.

There has been a lot of talk on this thread about fraud by "BK and his cronies", and about sales prospects which never materialized. The world of high-tech is full of companies whose technology just never made it in the market, whether because it wasn't good enough from the outset, or whether, having spent a fortune on R&D to develop a good product, had a competing technology take away all of its sales prospects right at the finishing line. Anyone (including me!) who invests in High-tech must be prepared for that sort of thing to happen.

The question here is whether BK really made statements or issued press releases which were misrepresenting or omitted material information about the company's true situation or its products. I hadn't been in Nuko long enough to know about this, but some of you veterans on this thread may have more info. about this.

If so, then there are law firms who specialise in this sort of class action complaint. I've seen their press releases all over the Yahoo biz.wire. I imagine that they take a big chunk of what they can get as their fees, and since the company has next to no assets, it will be BK and the other company officers they will have to go for. So no-one is going to get much back in such an action (except those law firms!). But if BK has gotten us to invest in Nuko by making fraudulant statements, then he personally should pay for his actions.

Does anyone have any specific information about such misleading statements?
