I think "birth control" is the more accurate term I'm not arguing against the point, but why do you think this? What's wrong with "contraception"? "Abortion drugs," regardless of accessibility, is not a correct term for the category. It only applies to one item on the FDA list, AFAIK. The FDA list comprises a bunch of contraceptive methods and one abortion drug, best I can tell. Not the correct term for the whole category, but the correct term for at least that one drug, and arguably for other drugs that don't prevent conception, but prevent or end pregnancy after conception.
