Hi Jim, the "modem mfger's" are actually ethernet interface card vendors like Bay, COMS, etc. No interest there for me. It has been expressed that you should buy a PCI bis nic and if you aren't afraid of opening the backplane, installing it yourself. But the margins are too thin and the capacity too great to male money in this hardware aspect. CVC, maybe. Hope they aren't taking TCI's wait-and-see attitude. I'm thinking more in terms of obscure companies whose expectations have not been factored by this bold notion. ANTC might be a possibility. Anyone want to take on this baby for study? Also, in my complete review of this thread I ferreted out RITTF. Probably I got to struggle with that one because its f - foreign (Isreali). Another is WEBB, any takers? I have no idea whether these are even in the biz.
