Come on man. He was showing his insensitivity, not working on the legality of the law.

And even if he was, you should be upset at how cavalierily he said it.

I am afraid you do not think enough about real justice which is basic human decency.

History is replete with people willing to whip the slaves. Look at what the Germans did! That is the human condition and we should be onguard against our dark side.

Look at the spanish Inquisition and the Dark Ages!

Good lord man.

Superme court justices need not be just good at the law, but people of compassion.
