I posted privately. My concern is that Fish and Game departments do not usually like people to feed wild animals. When I was a kid, the Montana F&G had a running battle with a guy who owned a 'resort.' on Salmon Lake. He put hay out on the ice for deer, and you could always see them there in the winter. The F&G didn't like it because they said it built up a dependency and discouraged the deer from foraging for themselves. Also, hay wasn't good for their little tummies.

I guess things haven't change much, have they?

It's really easy to post a picture now that the new SI gurus have put those editing icons above the input window. Just click on the one in the middle that looks like a little picture. You can upload pictures from your computer, or paste in the URL of a picture on the web, like this:
