What's right and wrong isn't determined by what is popular. I understand that you disagree. It's not that I disagree so much is that I can't get my head around what alternative you have for making that determination other that cultural norms. You can say that something wrong for you or that you think it should be wrong for the culture but you can't declare it wrong for the entire culture. You simply don't have that authority.
