Sooner or later, they will anyway. They'll be injecting microchips in us at birth. Retinal patterning. Facial patterning. Already using facial patterning at airports, looking for 'terrorists'. Many blame the 'patriot act' ... It started long before that.

One could buy the prepaid cards, and have neighbors do the same, then exchange. That's throw some of their tracing efforts off. LOL
