Broken arms and infections basically do get treatment in the US. Your unreasonably conflating health care or treatment, with health insurance coverage.

And even if such a conflation was accurate (and it isn't) it also isn't true that you have actual universal coverage in most other rich countries, and the idea that Obamacare will provide it is false (even that it will extend it is uncertain, to the extent it raises the cost of insurance by adding requirements it could decrease coverage).
