When you say I can't reasonably do X, and I say I have, the I have is "I have reasonably done X". My previous "can you demonstrate that", wasn't just being cute. If you can't claim truths that you can't demonstrate, then you can't claim that idea is itself true, if taken as some truth, it becomes self contradictory. Your "truth not so much", is not more established then my claim of truth. ("You haven't proven your right", would be correct, an agnostic point is much easier to defend then an assertion on either side, all you have to do is show lack of proof.)
