Nearly another 6 years have gone by. Not only is Globalstar alive and kicking, it's launching satellites [albeit some with bung momentum wheels], it has SPOT going well, and lots of other things on the go. With a Globalstar modem and wifi output, lots of iPhones and iPads could connect [if they aren't sending much data - just emails and whatnot]. New phones should be ready in a year or three.

I bought a Tonka Truckload of GSAT at 38c [now in paper profit at 80c].

Spectrum wars continue with LightSquared, Harbinger and OpenRange all in trouble over Ancillary Terrestrial Component FCC disputes.

I have now been in Silicon Investor for 16 years. I have been in Globalstar for 17. Some things take time. After half a century, they should manage to get Globalstar going as it should have been going for a decade now.
