I'm sure some would do that to get coverage, but this isn't exactly a huge benefit we are talking about. Its not like contraception is a huge expense. And since it would require a prescription they would have to get a doctor to go along. Not to mention that the whole thing would be insurance fraud for something that's less expensive than many people's monthly TV bill. I don't think it would exactly be a huge issue.
