I found that once prospective employees could list the reasons the employer should hire them, and that made money for the company, they got hired. Most people only consider what THEY want, NOT what the employer WANTS/NEEDS.

Anyone, including Vets, need to be able to look at the job listings in public industries, and compare what they did in the service to the employer need, and then it was a piece of cake.....Win Win for everyone!
